Collaboration with York Symphony Orchestra
The YSO and York’s Habitat for Humanity have joined forces this season to raise awareness of both organizations among our constituencies. We are pleased to share information about Habitat in our publications. Habitat is currently working on gutting four homes in the city of York. Volunteers can help tear down, build, paint, etc., on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays 8:00am- 2:30pm. Volunteers must attend an orientation to be eligible to work. Dates for orientations are on Saturdays: 9/11, 10/2 and 11/6 from 9:00am – 10:30am at the Habitat office, 33 S. Seward St. York. Call the office to schedule your orientation or for more information, 717-854-6168.
